Phone taking ages to open apps

Hi,

I got iPhone 6s and more recently lots of my games and other apps are taking a long time to open up. How do I speed the process without resetting my phone to factory settings?

I wonder if there is any way you can stop those browsers cookie "accept" got anything to do with it slowing down. and how do I avoid cookie acceptance as the most site won't let you past that cookie permission part unless you agree to the terms?

Any help appreciated and thanks in advance.

If you get one of those pop ups asking you to accept the cookie policy to access the website you have to agree to get past the pop up. There is one exception I’ve found. If there is an X in the upper right corner, clicking on it sometimes gets you past the pop up.
