Please my Dear members Which are the best application for phone calls and SMS in the Apple Application store? It will good if have the two joined together. Thanks.

There are many apps but the phone and mms apps are ones apple doesn't allow to be duplicated or modified. So you won't find any direct replacements in the app store.
