on lock screen how to make banners lighter in colour

im not to sure what it is called maybe banners?
..but on your lock screen where the time is and the arrow to slide to unlock your phone is there a program to make it more transparent? i would like to see my screen saver more instead of the 2 banner lines..thanks

I use Winterboard tweak it's call Clear Lockscreen 4.0 and Lockscreen Clock Hide that can be configure using settings on your Iphone
