Ok noob here need help

I want to jail break my iPhone 4 with 5.01 os and firm ware is 4.11.08. Is this possible and where do I start. I'm not wanting to pay to jail break. I've had 4 iPhones and have been very afraid to jail break them but I keep hearing every one on here talking about it.

I have the iPhone 4 and was very worried about jail breaking. I jail broke my device and have no regrets or problems. If you do do a jailbreak check out on YouTube "top cydia tweaks" "top cydia apps" "top cydia themes" and so on.

Yes. Always get the latest versions of jailbreak tools. 2.9.1 is what you want.

Advice. After you restore to you Sn0wbreeze ipsw....DO NOT restore from a backup....start from scratch. It's not exactly necessary but will make the jailbreak much more stable.

Yes, a Jailbreak is always reversable. Performing a fresh restore via iTunes will wipe any trace of the JB and return your iDevice back to it's out of the box state.

Ok I jail broke my phone and it was simple. I don't know what the big deal was or why I was so afraid of doing it. Now just going to try things out.

Most people hear the horror stories of "bricking" their iDevice... which is impossible. Most of the time it's user error that causes a glitch in the Jailbreak process and faults it along the process. Good job getting it right on the first try... Enjoy!!
