Notification Center not working

Hi Guys, i havr a problem my notification center stopped working.
I can not see any notifications and even under Settings/notification
my iphone 5 does not show any apps

I did a restart, a hard reset I did deinstall Subtlelock which was the last tweak which i installed before my nc stopped working.
I have a Jailbrocken device

If you can, provide a screen capture of what you see in Settings.app > Notifications

Thank you for your Help, the Problem solved by it self, I plugged the iPhone with my Laptop to backup my pictures, and I did see my notfication center running again.... crazy iphone thanks
