Phantom notifications after iO6 ugrade

I upgraded to iO6 and now I am getting lots of phantom notifications. I did not change the settings on any apps or my notifications settings. The phone buzzes like I'm getting a message, but makes no sounds, even when I don't have it on vibrate. But when I check it, I can't see a message or any reason that I got the notification. It happens anywhere from several times a minute to several times per hour but it is frequent.

I have an iPhone 4 from Verizon. Anyone else with this problem?hone:

I'll be calling support later when I have a spare moment but I'm having the same problem. Phantom Buzz at random intervals. Pretty vexing.

So I may have figured it out. I had my mail set to not notify me every time I get a message. I had turned of sounds, banners, and vibrations. But somehow that setting got turned back on so that it would just buzz. I went into the notification center and turned it all the way off again and they stopped. See if that helps. It fixed mine.
