Notification bubble for text message where is it??

Ok I have the new iPhone 5 and if I can remember the iPhone 4 had the text bubble at the top when I get a text sometimes I don't even know I got a text?? Is it my phone or they just don't have it

I know that but what iam looking for is not in there! Maybe it's a jailbreak thing? But I thought you got a little bubble at the very top to let you know you have a text message

Sorry, but that is a jail break tweak/function. With a stock iPhone, all you get is the message in the Notification Center (if you've set it up that way).
