9to5 Mac writes that a new video has been posted by mobile accessory company Mobile Fun that purports to be of working Lightning EarPods, which are expected to be included with the upcoming iPhone 7, which will be the first iPhone not to have a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
While the authenticity of the video cannot be guaranteed, it certainly does look as if the EarPods featured in the video are in good working order, and appear to be very similar, if not identical, to the current iPhone and iPad EarPods. They also look very similar to other images that were claimed to show the Lightning EarPods that leaked a few weeks back.
It’s still not known for sure whether or not Apple will be bundling Lightning EarPods with the iPhone 7, but it’s looking more and more likely, with wireless EarPods not likely to be included right out of the box as they are more expensive than the wired version.
