Greetings to all! I've been an Apple user since the Lisa and of course have been an avid user of the iPhone. Now have an 4s (skipped the 4) - upgraded from a 3GS. Have a MacBook Pro and an iMac and of course an iPad (awaiting the iPad3 to upgrade). Apple is pretty good software wise, but there are occasional hardware and software problems, so I've come to this site for tech support.
