Most of you out there are waiting for an untherthered iOS 5 Jailbreak. What this means is that your iDevice would act like it normally would while being Jailbroken. You would be able to shut your device on and off with no problem. Unfortunately, for now, all we have is the iOS 5 TETHERED Jailbreak which isn't too bad except for the fact that if you shut down your iDevice(or lose battery) you will have to run to a computer and "boot tethered" to turn it back on. The process takes seconds but it is still annoying that you need a computer every time.

Well now there is a new package in Cydia that will turn your Tethered Jailbreak into a SEMITETHER one. This allows you to shut down your iDevice and still turn it back on. The cat here is that when you turn it back on, you will not be able to use any Cydia packages, Safari, or the Mail app. Everything will still be on your iDevice and will work once again after a simple tethered boot from you computer. Now this helps because you still get to use your device. The majority of your apps and everything else works other than the things listed above.

This tweak is awesome and helps a lot of people that can't make it to a computer. If you have an iOS 5 device with a Tethered Jailbreak, this is definitely a package to download.
