New 4S On It's Way

I've ordered a 4S to replace my 4. All the settings, mail accounts, music, video, and pictures that are now on the 4, I want on the 4S. Both will have iOS 5.1. How can I get iTunes to mirror or clone the 4 onto the 4S? Once the 4S is activated and still blank (naked), can I restore the 4S with the 4's backup? Will this set the 4S up as the 4 is set up now?

Yes... you can restore the 4S to your backup of the 4.
