Network settings.

I have an iphone 4 that is jailbroken it's on Giffgaff network. Basically i have a nintendo 3ds that i want to connect to my tethering on my iphone. I use MyWi for tethering.

The problem is the only way i can connect my DS is if i manually input the network settings (Ip Address, Subnet mask, Gateway, Primary and Secondary DNS) My question is how do i find out these settings on my iphone.

Ive searched the web high and low and i can find the answer to what seems a basic question.

Never used the program but I went to the MyWi home page and it has a picture on it, screen shot #3, that shows a DHCP network setting. That should be information you need.

Just a forewarning, it's actually not the best idea to tether it to your phone. Being a kid at heart (Yes, I admit, I'm 30 some years old and I do play Pokemon), I tried using my iPhone for a Nintendo WFC connection on my 3DS, oh my lord the lag and the disconnecting.....
