Need some help please

Hi....I am a new member and I have a JB iPhone 4 running 4.3.3 I used to be able to have both the date and time on the header of my home screen, Now I only have the time? I cannot remember the "tweak" or whatever I did to have both date and time? anyone know how I can get that back?
