Need help urgently pls

I got my iphone few days ago. I had bought a few app frm store. I just discovered thrs problem with the iphone's camera. I called the local distributor n they agree they'll replace 1 new phone to me.
Now my problem is tat wat happen if i use a new iphone can i still use those apps tat i bought? Do i need to pay again? Does my account able to transfer the apps to the new iphone? Really need help on this.
