need help syncing ringtones

im using bigasoft ringtone maker
it puts it on my phone and then when i go to sync my phone it deletes them off my phone and i cant find them in itunes to put back on phone
any help is great

You have to save them onto your computer and transfer them into your iTunes. Transferring purchases might possibly work from iTunes

i just tryed it and still doing it
the program puts them in itunes and i found the folder and they are coming up under the tab to sync them but when i do the sync it takes it off the phone
