Does anyone know if apple will ever enhance the search feature on the native notes app? What I am referring to is, when you perform a search, notes will only bring up the note or notes that fulfill the search criteria, however, it will not highlight the search criteria within the note itself forcing you to search through the entire document to find what you are looking for? I am ruling out that apple never thought to do this, so the question is why not? will they in the future? I would also ask if there is a replacement app, however, I enjoy using this app across all my apple devices through iCloud and I love the way it handles formatting. Adding this simple feature would make notes a lot more powerful in my opinion.
