NASA App

I have installed the NASA App on my iPhone 11 and when trying to access the ISS Sky View I get the message " Notice Required sensor failed".

I have contacted apple support and they did a diagnostic on my phone and said there aren no problems with it.

Not sure if its the app or my phone, works OK on my iPad.

Any one else had the same problem?

I just tried it on my iPhone XS and it worked without any problems.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

Yes, several times, would be nice to find someone with an iPhone 11 that could test this to see if they get the same thing happen.

I just downloaded the app to my iPhone 11 Pro Max and when I select ISS sky view I do not get an error message. I get a big arrow pointing into space, I’m assuming that is where the space station is. There is a blue ribbon across the space. Because I’m very new to this I’m not really sure what I’m doing but I will after awhile.

Thanks for that, I get as far as the top blue screen and white arrow then it crashes with the error message.
