Mysterious buzzing, just removed "Fab" app

Hello! Posting because I have an iPhone 4 on AT&T *is NOT the 4S, is the 4. I had to call AT&T to block a number that had been harassing me. Ever since then, the phone buzzes once every hour or so, with no notification, no reason. Now, I just removed the "Fab" app, so maybe that was it. It is as the phone is trying to do something that it cant do anymore. That, or the blocked "Ghost" messages from the harasser are continuing...

What could this be? ?? ?

I removed a bunch of apps and it is still buzzing for no reason! :/

Please.. What are some of the things this could be?
