Moving from 3Gs to iPhone 4

Hi every body,

Until now I was using an iPhone 3GS and I have moved to iPhone 4 provided by a new telephone provider. My concern is : what about all the application that are on my 3GS? How to move them to iPhone 4 (given that the 3GS and the iPhone 4 are not using the same sim card ????)

if you backed up your 3gs in itunes, it will save all your apps, texts and even recent calls, try plugging your iphone 4 into your computer and restore it as if your still using your 3gs
