Moving contacts to iPhone 4

Ok I just upgraded to iPhone 5 and setting up wife with the iPhone 4 I was using. I backed up her contacts on VZ Contact Transfer.
But how do I get all my old contacts off.
Don't want to delete anything other than contacts.

I believe you can do it through iTunes if not than just go through and delete them one by one
