Mouse Maze Con Trick

I've just bought an Apple iPad hoping that I could download educational apps for my daughter which we've done but ofcourse we sometimes get sidetracked and download games but I try to find the free apps and the other day we were told about Mouse Maze and when I looked in their site it was telling everyone how they were the best free apps site so we downloaded it. At no time did it say I would be charged anything. Today I see my Visa statement and I've had my account debited by £34.98. I was furious and found my way after much searching to the section at the iStore where you can return apps but they are asking for an order number and none of the numbers on the email I got from them telling me about the charges give a number that's accepted by their site. They make it so hard to get your money back and I consider this to be a con trick.

Apple needs to be regulated if they are going to pull this rubbish.
