Moto GP 2010 Announced for iPhone

Moto GP 2010 is on its way to iPhone very soon, according to a report on Pocket Gamer today. Although publisher I-play is currently being very coy about the game and only issuing a couple of screenshots so far, it has actually confirmed to Pocket Gamer that the motorcycle racing game is due for imminent release on iPhone and iPod touch. I-play has also let slip that the game will feature seven-times MotoGP world champion Valentino Rossi, plus 17 of his current MotoGP rivals. Presumably they’ll be racing around a track on motorbikes, one can surmise! One thing’s for sure, MotoGP 2010 has the makings of being a great racing game if I-play’s pedigree is anything to go by, as it certainly did a fantastic job with Fast & Furious: The Game. No word as yet as to whether or not there will also be an iPad version of the game.
