Most recent update for iphone 4?

Purchased in May, iphone 4 has not been updated. I can't tell from the update page which is the most recent for this phone...(and not the 4s).

Also, must I download multiple updates, or does the most recent include all previous updates?

The most recent update it 5.0.1... this is the only update it will load as the others are no longer signed by Apple.

run iTunes, plug in iPhone, let it do it's 'thing'. it should offer you any iOS upgrades you need, if not look for and manually check for iOS software update.

once you have iOS 5.1 installed, you can update without needing iTunes, but data cost then comes into play
