Was wondering if someone could recommend a printer I can use to print and scan documents from my iPhone or iPad on the go from my car.

Yes we do. It please keep in mind this is a international forum so responses can be delayed. I would use the iPhone for scanning documents as it is so easy and quick. Printing is another issue. Can can but printers that have AirPrint direct however they are mains operated. I am unaware of any portable printer that supports air print. I suggest emailing scanned documents as it is so much easier. Hope that helps
