MMS problem!

Upgraded from 4s a week ago and posted problem here that can't send MMS, called AT&T tech support and after a week still can't resolve and will now make an appt with apple. Ayone has any suggestions besides going to apple store? thanks

Sorry about that..any last idea though? I'm still hoping its not the device.

If a full device restore thru iTunes didn't fix it, that means it could be one of three issues.

1) The phone number isn't setup properly thru AT&T for MMS.
2) The phones network settings are corrupt.
3) The phone is defective.

I haven't done full restore and tech support is working on it. I will do iTunes restore before taking it to apple.
