messaging stock app

Im a fairly new to iPhones and i just purchased the iPhone 4s,originally a android owner. there was a few apps that replaced the stock messaging app on the android and i was wandering if there is any apps on the iPhone that replace the stock messaging app.I did look and could not find any. Also my iPhone 4s is not jail broken or unlocked.

Apple doesn't allow applications of that nature. You can, however, jailbreak to get that feature.
