Massive data upload randomly iPhone5 iOS 6.1.2

I went from 65% of my data used to all of it used (2gb) in the span of 4 hours, then another 500mb by the next afternoon. Its uploaded nearly 2gb at this piont. Backed up and restored by phone, still getting the same issue.

any thoughts?

Is automatic iCloud backups on? Push notifications?

iCloud is off. I have some notifications, but I didn't add anything new before my sent amount went crazy.

Did you add any apps just before this problem started?
