I'll chuck in a few reasons why this is the best forum.

We don't get hung up on iPhones. If an Android will suit someone better, we will point them in the direction of the Android forums in the group.
We treat everyone as people, not simply as a problem to be solved.
We are dynamic. We encourage threads on every subject; not just iPhones.
We tear apart our own equipment to reproduce problems so that we can solve them.
We've been around a long time and have considerable experience between us.
We are open to suggestions for improvements.
We solve problems within the forum, without suggesting a google search. Google sends people here, not the other way around.
