Make icon

Im trying to be able to make my own custom icon for say a forum link.I know how to use add to home screen but would rather get a icon off line all within iPhone.Maybe there's an app for this?

I like to use the app "Touch Icon Creator" ($.99, USD) to create custom icons for home screen bookmarks. It's very handy and makes it so your bookmarks look like regular icons versus some random text for a web page.

There are others, but this is the one I use. Maybe it'll do for you?
