Major Issues...

[Beware]

First time for major issues, but I am having Apple call me today to see what they can do for me.

It worked for the Itunes download to clear my history. But then I got an error messaging saying a component was missing but wouldn't tell you what. So I redownloaded Itunes and picked repair any missing components and still got the same error message and to top if off...my phone can't be recognized anymore. I would do a recommended restore but its not giving me the option to back up. Do you think since I backed up before I am good? I don't need to sync anytime soon and I am not doing anything until Apple has a look

I got it fixed. I thought uninstalling Itunes and then reinstalling it would lose my data. It didn’t. I had an error the first time I did the process because I had Icloud on my computer conflicting with it. But I got rid of it and now Itunes and phone are working perfectly. Just for whatever reason, I had an itunes glitch or something.
