I am an old dog who is struggling with this technology thing. During a recent iphone 4 update I lost all of the photos and contacts that had been stored on the phone. during the update i thought i sucsesfully completed the back up to this computer. when i attempted to retrieve the items from the back up the computer showed that nothing had been stored. this is my wife's phone. i thought i was being helpfull. when I told her that the photos of our grandson had been lost,,,,well the look she gave tells me that she was less that happy with me. is there a way to retrieve this lost info?
