lost app

I was trying to move my gmail app to the main screen and for some reason it wound up in a file called medical now I don't know where that medical file is so I can get my gmail back to the main screen any ideas?

Have you already tried looking in every folder on your home screens?

Yes but could not find it, I shut the phone and restarted and now it's ok??

Sometimes all that's needed is a restart to get things running properly. Thanks for letting us know.
