I have to frequently enter letters and numbers and was looking for a keyboard that has a row of numbers on the top but was otherwise the same as the default iOS keyboard. The iPhone 5 screen is taller than previous iPhone screens so having an extra row shouldn't be a problem. Any suggestions?

You could jail break the phone and install a tweak called "iKeywi." This gives you a programmable fourth row in portrait mode and is fully integrated into the default/stock keyboard. So, no matter what app you are in, there is the four-row keyboard.

I am sure there are apps on the AppStore that have different keyboards, maybe even a fourth row one. The only problem is that the app wouldn't affect the default keyboard, so you'll have to do a lot of copying and pasting...
