Lockscreen problem!

I've installed a tweak or something from cydia that is making the top half of the lockscreen untouchable. Anyone have any thoughts?

You need to try and get yourself into SafeMode, then get into Cydia and remove the offending tweak. If you have OpenSSH installed you should be able to manage it.
