I needed that!! I just got my first ticket in 25 years!! I didn't move over a lane when the highway state trooper had someone pulled over giving them a ticket. Because I failed to yield I got a $327.00 ticket!

Wonder if I can pay it like that!?!?!? Lol lol

The thing is, you have to stand there while they unfold and count everything.. and if you pay like that they will take their sweet time counting. I was a police officer at one time and witnessed this first hand - a woman came to pay a fine with a pillowcase full of pennies and our clerk took 2.5 hours to count them very slowly. If you don't hang around and wait for them to count everything, then you don't get a receipt.. and they can later say you didn't pay the fine at all.

Being a smart aleck is a two-way street

They're camouflage pants. The funny part is by playing off that and how camouflaged items blend in with the background, leaving the hanger perfectly visible.
