Larger keyboard

Hello,
I have been using my iPhone4 for a few months now.
I am jailbroken and looking for a tweak or replacement keyboard.

Its so frustrating that every time I try to tap on the M key I hit the delete, or back key.
Also I tap on the I and "I" get a "O".

Is there a large key keyboard or anything I can do?
I try to tap on the I or M and well frustrating it is.
When I used my Droidx I didn't have this amount of problems.
I know its a larger screen but still....

Still I wouldn't go back tot eh Dx enjoying the iPh4
