certain letters on keyboard wont respond.

Hi,
I have an Iphone 4, 4.3.3 with baseband 03.10.01.

When I am typing an email sometimes certain letters do not respond.
its like deadspots.

the I and the M especially, but when I turn the phone to lanscape mode the keyboard works fine.

Its a bit annoying as you cant turn your phone to landscape when typing in Itunes password and i have to get updates through my laptop.

Anyone heard of this or know what to do.

My Iphone is still under warranty until August 29th 2011, but I dont have the receipt for the purchase, as it was bought for me, could i take it to an Apple shop and get it replaced??


any help would be appreciated.

sounds like you have a problem with the screen more then the os itself try open an app or game and press in the same space where the letters dont work are and see if it works on the apps/games

As for returning your phone you don't need the receipt...
