Large icons

Help!!!
Everything on my phone is really large. I believe I left my finger on the screen too long and everything changed to large fonts/letters. This same thing happened to my 3g and an assistant at the ATT store tapped 3-4 times on the screen. I do not remember what she did, has anyone had this same problem and know what I should do to correct the font size?

Push 3times the home button, when the screen come back to normal, go to setting> general> accessibility/ there, you turn everything off.
