screen stuck on huge zoom

Hi
I too am having problems with an enormous zooming of my iphone 4 screen. It is so large that everything appears approx 10 times larger. The youtube advice didn't help nor did factory reset. Any ideas

Success. I tried your suggestion and (after a struggle to get the screen to show the slide on option) I did the 3 finger tap and it worked. Phew. Thanks for your input. You have saved me a trip to the Apple Store and the humiliation.
