Lagging "Cellular Data Network" at settings

I have updated to 6.1 my iphone5 and noticed that after i open "cellular data network" and scrolling down and up is so lagging/struggling, never had before those laggs. Anyone also have this problem?

made also "restore firmware" and still it is lagging on 6.1. Can anyone check on your iphone 5 with 6.1 if you are also getting lags? :/

btw today had one strange accident, i left my iphone 5 on the table, when i wanted to unlock it, it was turned off by itself, pressing power button didnt help, only helped home button+power, is it software or hardware issue? first time like that

I would do a DFU mode restore... Put Iphone in DFU mode then plug into Itunes and restore. set up as new. sounds like there is something conflicting/not fully replaced in your upgrade.

Just had a look on mine , all is fine .

made restore firmware through itunes but still that issues persist. Also one friend has this issue With 6.0.2 didnt have this issue :/
