I think we need a few more details, Please describe exactly what happens when you use the button.

even when I touch the button I hear the creaking. sound is like scratching when iron scraper glass.Not to be confused with a click.

A trip to the Genius Bar at your "local" Apple store might be in order

My advice would be to take it to your nearest Apple store, It will still be under warranty, It sounds like a hardware problem in which case they will replace it....Let us know the outcome.
