Jailbreaking?? 3g

At the risk of sounding like a dumb blonde I must ask cause I guess we all must learn from some point what does jail breaking mean? What are the benefits of doing it? I have a 3 G and am learning new things about it all the time so anything I can learn I will be grateful to not have to learn this about my iPad later!

Jailbreaking is......................................Awesome

However if you plan on jailbreaking please know that you must be willing to take the time to learn the do's and don't's of having a jailbroken iPhone.

If you always follow that list of dos and donts then you should be just fine.
