iTunes messes up my phone every time i sync. What is the best alternative program?

I've probably spend like 15 hours total on apple support trying to figure out why every time i try to sync my phone with iTunes it crashes the phone and I have to do a full reformat. So I said "screw it" and jailbroke it.

Is there a cydia app that can sync my music, pictures, outlook calendar, etc?

what firmware are you using and version of itunes? and what os are you on?
