Itunes + Iphone (Fresh windows install)

I recently messed up my computer so I had to reformat.. I reinstall itunes and all is fine.. I just have a question.. I have all my apps back but the only problem is when I go to "movies" and want to "sync" a movie its telling me that my iphone is synced with another computer. So if I "sync" a movie.. it will get rid of all of my apps. Is their any way around this?

Authorise your computer in iTunes again. It's in one of the drop down menus at the top.

If that doesn't work make sure your signed in to iTunes using the same account and redownload them after syncing. You won't be charged twice...

Thats just your mp3's that your loosing. There's no change in your apps.

Just re-add your music to your library after your sync...?
