Itunes crashes error bez

Help. Everytime I try to backup iPhone on iTunes I get error bex. Any suggestions

You rally do not need to backup your iPhone that often. I connect my iPhone to iTunes once before a restore, and once after the restore is complete. That's it. iTunes is not needed anymore after that.

What is error "bex" and what method are you using to backup your iPhone?

What I'm trying to do is backup my jail broken phone so I can upgrade to new 5.1.1 and re jail break. Then I was going to restore.

What iOS are you on now?

It's best to restore and setup as new instead of from a backup...depends tho.
