Itunes acct

My niece recently received an iPod touch and I logged in with my iTunes acct (from the iPod) to let her download apps instead of creating an acct for her (she's 12). Now that I have done that will anything that she backs up (music or pics) be stored in my iCloud? Also will iTunes sync her apps with mine or is there a way to keep them separate?

So if I have to do a restore from iTunes is there a way to distinguish my iPhone back up from her iPod back up?
