issue with tethered 4.5 redsnow

I just can't boot it again. i run the redsnow, select the "just boot it tethered right now" option (before that i select the 4.3.3 ipsw, even though my iOS is currently 4.5 - as far as i remember, that's how i used to boot it every time the battery ran out), then i do the DFU mode stuff, but it just doesn't recognize the device

If you are using the latest version of redsn0w you dont even need to select an IPSW to boot tethered, it will automatically detect your firmware and download the appropriate files needed for booting tethered.
