you need to elaborate a little.

Is your phone jail broke. If it is not then there is now way to change the slider. If it is there are many ways to do it. I am a huge fan of Big Bang theory. And my slider says bazinga in stead of unlock.

Yes it is, and there is loads of slider icons already in cydia you can load with winterboard or some themes that change it
