Is it worth going from the iphx to the iphxs?

I’m thinking about upgrading my iPhone X to the iPhone XS, all I want to know is it worth it?

Nobody can tell you if it's worth it to you. Only you can make that decision based on whether or not you need the new features of the newer iPhone and can afford the higher price.

People say newer is better but for me the iPhone 6 is perfect.

Isn't the big difference basically the availability of 512 gb?
That alone would do it for me. Then again 1tb will probably be available next year as it is on the new ipad.

I’ve decided to go for the iPhone XS 256gb, it’s a very nice phone but one of the reasons I went for the iPhone XS is because apple brought out a battery case for it, and that’s a must for me

The big difference is the processor upgrade but the Geekbench results don't show a real performance boost. The camera surround is slightly moved, but most cases fit both. Personally it wouldn't be an upgrade to me, but as above - only you can decide what is and isn't worth your $$$
