ipod data to iphone 4

Hi all,

I have an ipod and I just bought an iphone 4. I wanted to know if there is a way to get my ipod data (calenders, phone numbers, notes, etc....) into the iphone?

Just go into iTunes and select to sync everything you sync to your iPod. Should transfer right over.

When you sync your iPod the tabs at the top of iTunes pictures,music,video..ect you already have the synced data on your computer so in the same manner select what of it you want synced to your phone.

I was able to get it to sync, but now I have tons and tons of dates from years past all on the same day! Any ideas what may have happened??
